movin on up, to the east side...

The house is coming along nice and smoothly.
Major completions to date are:

• Foundation repair.
• Plumbing 90% complete.
• Electrical 75% ish complete
• Downstairs half-bath has plumbing and it is almost ready for tile, sink, and toilet.
• The discovery of covered up windows and all the windows in the downstairs sunroom.
• Matthew finished hand-scraping the wood floor in the laundry room and it looks awesome. Two pics below!

• We have running water!!!!! Outside faucet and water hose only. lol
• AND I’m picking up the dresser, that will become the sink cabinet for the upstairs bathroom, this weekend in Abilene.

The house is super close to being ready to close up the walls! I can’t wait.
Matthew’s dad, Charles, gave a really cool old sink that just needs to be cleaned and de-rusted.
Super excited about it because it really fits the style of the house. We just need to give a good spit shine.

I’m inserting the scary/dirty pic so you will be pleasantly surprised when it is as good as new.
