movin on up, to the east side...

I love dark cabinets and dark wood floors. Matthew plans on hand-scraping the kitchen floor as well and staining to look like pic #2! There is plenty of natural light in the kitchen so it won’t look like a dungeon. I still haven’t chosen my counter top or backsplash. I would like to go with a butcher block again but Matthew would like something else. For backsplash I am leaning toward tiny subway tiles just can’t decide white or black. One is for sure I’m getting a white farmhouse sink.
